5 reasons why I can't slim down



Top 5 tips to slimming down.

1. Less snacks.
2. Less Carbohydrates food & more greens.
3. Exercise regularly.
4. Cut down on sugar drinks.
5. Go easy on salt.

To answer to the 5 above.

1. I like to snack alot. I can skip my meals and just munch on the chips & chocolate bars.
2. I love food like potatoes & rice. Vegetables are just so not my food (Did I just heard fries?!)
3. Maybeline is never hardworking. Exercise means perspiring.
4. Drinks like packed fruit juices, Iced blended coffees, Milos are my favourite.
5. No salt, no flavoring. You know you know?

Does this mean that I'll never be able to slim down again? :(
